List of things to clarify on. Mostly common knowledge that isn't written in the rules or specified.

Multi-Hits
If you have a technique that calculates damage ten times, it's calculating your base damage ten times (including the modifier). In short, dealing 56 damage 10 times is 56 damage in 10 different instances/intervals, not 560 damage.
Hitting the Same Spot/Small Areas
If you wish to stack damage in the same area by targeting it with attacks multiple times, or wish to target a small area of the body (i.e eyes) you do require Marksman for this feat. Especially in the case of the former.
Damage Ignorance
Perks like Anger, Brute etc. and their damage ignorance clauses are a representation of pain tolerance.
Example: Howard, Todd is hit for 55 damage. He has 25 Durability and Anger Perk. After shaving that 55 Damage down to 30 with his Durability, if he flashes his Anger Perk he feels that he's taken 20 Damage instead of 30. The 10 Damage that Anger accounts for doesn't disappear into the nether, it's still there.
Also, just as extra clarification, these pain tolerance clauses only proc once per fight. If you've 40 points worth of damage ignorance/pain tolerance, you can only tolerate up to 40 points worth of damage. Meaning once you hit 0, they no longer apply to anymore Damage you take for the rest of the fight.
Natural/Artificial
Wolf, Ratel, Fish, Dinosaur, Phoenix and Dragon are natural Lycanus, meaning their peak transformation is Primal.
Any other Lycanus not on this list (unless I forgot any other natural ones) is artificial, meaning their peak transformation is Overdrive.
Natural Lycanus are the only ones that can acquire Primal, and Artificial Lycanus are the only ones that can acquire Overdrive.
Ripple/Hamon
Crusaders can't get it. Don't ask me why; I don't know.
Buff Costs
C-Rank: 500 | B-Rank: 1500 | A-Rank: 2500
As for upgrade costs:
C-Rank to B-Rank: 1000 | B-Rank to A-Rank: 1000
If you're adding a clause to it, or changing the general concept of the original buff while upgrading it, you pay the full purchase costs (still somewhat up in the air with this one).

Energy Deprivation
At 20% Essence or Nature Energy (for Lycanus), most of your aptitude in combat is nill. At 10% and below, you pass out. If you hit 0, you die.
In the case of mana, exhaust doesn't occur (apparently). Reaching 0 renders you comatose as a Homo Sarien.
Zones/Gates
Sariens cannot get either because they use mana. White/Black Zone are a monk exclusive blend of mana/essence using Gift of the Hermit (Light/White) or Gift of the Dark Messiah (Dark/Black), the latter being what sariens lack.
Carrying Capacity
Carrying capacity without Weight Training is Strength x20, with the result being how many pounds you can lift.
Dragon Lycanus
They can only specialize in basic elements. They're also able to learn Kyaal-based elemental techniques (by replicating the functions with nature energy), so long as it is their own element they're learning.
Advanced Elements
Sound is considered part of the five standard basic elements.
Non-Elemental Techniques
Upon acquiring Understanding of Mana, Sariens are able to acquire Safeguard, Clear Essence, Surface Walker, Energy Suppression and High Speed Movement - Shunshin.
Acquiring More Elements
If you're strictly attempting to access elements other than your primary through Kyaal's --, you need T3 Essence Control. If you're attempting to access elements other than your primary through Ninshu, you need T2 Essence Control.

Damage Stacking
Hitting the same spot three (3) times with the same Damage Cap (i.e Medium thrice) raises the Damage dealt to that specific spot to the next Cap.
Essence/Mana Suppression
On top of restricting you from using techniques that consume these types of energy, it requires 1 Turn to regain use of them once the suppression is cancelled. Furthermore, for the duration of suppression your Spirit Defense is treated as 0.

Specialized Medic Perks
The specialized Medic perks (acquired at T3) are Neurologist, Orthopedist, Cardiologist, Immunologist, Anesthesiologist, Psychiatrist and Eye Surgeon (apparently??? don't take my word for the eye shit). You gain 1 for free at T3, another for free at T4, and the rest at T5 so long as you pay. Furthermore, Surgeon is built into T3 Medic automatically.
Self-Supplying
Upon reaching T5 Mana (as in reserves) as a Homo Sarien, you become your own mana supply and no longer require support from a deity. In the case of an Etherion, you are your own mana supply at B- (or by existing, idk which one it is entirely).
Manipulator
In order to manipulate your substance of choice without hand gestures you need to have T4 Manipulator. Anything less and you require hand gestures (similar to a Ninshu specialist performing handseals, the speed of said gestures runs off of your AS). You also cannot manipulate more than one substance.
Elemental Attunement
Probably known by now but you cannot attune to more than one element.
Zones and Doujutsu
Well known by now but you can't use Zone if you already have a doujutsu active -- because it's a doujutsu itself.
Base Weapon/Taijutsu Perk Allowance (based on Nation)
Already on the discord, but I'm placing it here just in case people don't check pinned messages.
Arcadia has access to Boxer and Kickboxer in regards to Taijutsu, and access to any weapon proficiency that isn't of asian origin i.e Kusarigama and Katana in regards to Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu. Barred off from Wires as well.
Kyaal has access to all forms of Taijutsu, and access to any weapon proficiency that isn't related to knighthood (i.e Broadsword/Fencing).
Vetur has access to Boxer and Judoka in regards to Taijutsu, and access to any weappon proficiency that isn't of asian origin i.e Kusarigama and Katana in regards to Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu. Barred off from Wires, like Arcadia.
As implied by this specific section's title, this only applies to base accessibility. Trade routes allow countries to share their accessibility with one another (like Arcadia and Chugoku currently do).
Midair Combatant in relation to Flight
Mostly a smaller thing, but if you have some form of flight Midair Combatant affects how well you're able to fly in a fight. If you lack it, you're going to have a harder time using that flight (RP-wise, not mechanically).

You require T3 Sensory to sense mana if you lack Gift or some other means to detect it.

You lose Stamina 2x faster (200 per turn instead of 100 per turn) when being strangled/choked/drowned etc., unless the method in question specifies otherwise.
Element Attunement (again)
You can't attune to Sound, Swift or Magnetism.
Dragon Lycanus (again)
You're able to get Elemental Attunement, enjoy.
Regeneration
It doesn't act as a damage deterrent. Only factors in after you've already taken it.

Essence Enhanced Strength
Sariens cannot get Essence Enhanced Strength, or what would be in their case Mana Enhanced Strength. This is because mana and essence are fundamentally different as energy sources.
Maosen Generation
Maosen Generation is locked to Summoner profession, although it's listed in Dark Magic Specialist for B-Ranks. Simple error.

Activations
Activation of anything be it gear, techniques, buffs and so forth without a description-based indicator regarding the stat that determines their activation speed defaults to whatever the source is. What this means is if something uses essence for activation but does not specify "This activates at the user's Control Stat", it still activates at Control Stat. Keep this in mind during combat scenarios.
