Astraea isn't the only prereq for t5. If I'm not mistaken, if you die. . . Changed when their perk line changed.

At what point does it become possible to do things in the realm of like splitting the ground with your sword or causing vortexs and other things on a larger scale?
Basically when are you able to leave the realm of more practical techiques to more shonen/anime type attacks.

What are Senzaemon T5 requirements?
If you cut a genites/gezos eyes out, will their rings be disabled?

For Tier Five Senzaemon, considering this was said, you have to fight another Physical Combatant that does not use any spirit style attacks and is either Stronger or more Durable than you. And to my knowledge, it is one of the Clan Tier Fives that is unlocked in the middle of Combat.
If you cut a Genite's eye out? That is a good question. I think it varies based on the way the power is presented. I am not sure how it is this wipe compared to what would have happened if you were able to successfully breach through a Ring's eye and destroy it last wipe, but I assume you mean cut it out and not destroy the eyes. If they have one of their eyes intact, I can tell you that they could still use their abilities with one eye. Not sure what happens if they lose two. They likely lose the ability to use those powers.
Edit: I only say Genite as I am not sure if it is the same for Gezo given their origins are primarily with Moon Energy and nothing more.

Basically when are you able to leave the realm of more practical techiques to more shonen/anime type attacks. To my knowledge, this varies based on your clan and whatnot, if you want to do these things naturally. It is typically based around techniques otherwise. Splitting the ground goes as low as C-Rank, halberds considered. Spears also have plenty of unrealistic techniques, and so forth.

Are there any limitations on mana and natural energy in the same body? Or is it just Sariens and potentially Lycans who can't have both?

To my knowledge there is no limitations on having both in a S A P I E N vessel. Sariens require a large boon of natural energy in order to gain access to [redacted]. Additionally, I think Lords can provide you with a sort of quasi-natural energy variant of mana as a boon; but actual natural energy is a stringent process. I don't think Lycanus can access mana at all without aid from a higher power.

Basically when are you able to leave the realm of more practical techiques to more shonen/anime type attacks. T5s actually specify some of these abilities so I would say getting to the point of T5 if you want to do it without the aid of techniques or make techniques that stem from it.

Like Tier 5 Spear and whatnot.

Is this wipe estimated to end 'soon'?
The reason I'm asking isn't because I particularly want it to end or anything. I know a few people who are discouraged from caring much and putting effort into it due to the prospect of the wipe presumably ending 'very soon'.

DSKT and others have said it isn't close to ending nearly every other day for a month.

I know a few people who are discouraged from caring much and putting effort into it due to the prospect of the wipe presumably ending 'very soon'. There are a lot of plot lines that haven't found a resolution. Any form of "soon" would be the last word I'd use to describe it. If things do feel slow, there are crucial events happening that could dictate a lot for some time. Once they finish, expect to see a lot more going on.

Does Gray Mana still exist as a weak energy capable of making visual illusions/mirages? I know that Taizen said that in Dusk, but i wanna confirm if that is still real since I play an Esper and it's the only other thing available to me.
